This drink was inspired after mixing a Vesper (hats off to Sir Ian Fleming), while in the company of a very beautiful woman: Amy. Because the original drink seemed too strong for her, I used similar ingredients in more female friendly proportions. The result is a phenomenal mix of dry and sweet, yet palatable and mellow.
